UKRAINE Crisis:
Measures to prohibit fund subscriptions, from 12 April 2022, by Russian or Belarusian nationals

From 12 April 2022, in the context of the European provisions put in place against Russia, Article 5 septies of the amended European Regulation 833/2014 requires the following measures:

1. It is prohibited to sell euro-denominated transferable securities issued after 12 April 2022 or units in undertakings for collective investment offering exposure to such securities, to any Russian national, to any natural person resident in Russia or to any legal person, entity or body established in Russia.

2. Paragraph 1 shall not apply to nationals of a Member State or to natural persons holding a temporary or permanent residence permit in a Member State.

In compliance with regulations, Crédit Mutuel Asset Management has taken the necessary steps by communicating this instruction to its custodian account-keepers and distributors.
